Consults available to schools and families concerning issues related to the social, behavorial, and academic challenges of Asperger's, ADHD. NLD, & ASD students.
Transition coaching for students to help with life after high school. This includes college choices, gap year planning, or employment decisions.
Asperger's/ASD
Understanding the unique qualites of the Asperger's student, through my education and experience, helps me to assist others in supporting this population. My experience informs me in helping families and schools make small changes for significant improvement.
ADHD
For many years I presented at the CHADD annual conference. Having worked with this population in the classroom and in my coaching practice I understand what supports are important.
ASD and NLD
My extensive experience with special education populations includes children who have social and communication issues. I believe each student is a unique personality and work with familes and schools to formulate a plan for success.

Bio
Robin Lurie-Meyerkopf M.Ed. is the former Associate Director and Director of Training and Consultation at the Asperger’s Association of New England. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and has run social skills groups for children and adolescents with Asperger’s, ADHD, and Non-Verbal Learning Disorders. She received her M.Ed. from Antioch University and also graduated from their Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate Program. Robin has worked with students from elementary school through college in a variety of settings. Currently she works coaching young adults to help them gain success at college or the workplace. She presents workshops for parents and professionals throughout New England and the US. With her experience as an educator, her training and background, Robin understands the complexity of working with the AS population.
